At I Am Fit, our mission is to empower individuals through innovative, accessible, and impactful educational experiences that bridge the gap between sports, mental well-being, and STEM. We are committed to fostering personal growth, professional development, and societal impact by equipping participants with 21st-century skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-concept development. Through our pioneering STEM Challenges, we provide opportunities for individuals and teams to engage in hands-on, inquiry-driven activities that promote STEM and sports careers. These challenges include prizes and recognition, encouraging participants to excel while fostering a sense of achievement. By partnering with other STEM organizations, we aim to expand resources, recognition, and involvement, creating a supportive and enriching environment for all participants.

I Am Fit has earned the STEM.org Accredited™ Educational Experience for its "Under The Lights" self-paced life coaching sports program and has been recognized as a “Best In STEM” brand for its innovative initiatives. Targeting individuals ages 13 and up, the program focuses on sports, health, and wellness while addressing critical 21st-century skills. It stands out for its emphasis on convenience, accessibility, privacy, and affordability. Research shows that over 50% of male and female athletes are underserved due to discomfort in addressing mental wellness topics like performance anxiety and self-concept. Our program bridges this gap by offering a safe, effective, and globally accessible solution tailored to their unique challenges. Fully online and available 24/7, the program integrates learning into daily routines with engaging content, interactive activities, and SMART goal assessments. This comprehensive approach supports participants in achieving both short-term and long-term personal and professional goals, while inspiring the next generation to pursue STEM and sports careers.
